*24 Hour Cancellation Policy:  Please be advised that 24 hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  If 24 hour notice is not provided you will be responsible for full payment of your appointment


Insurance Coverage:
Occupational Therapy services are available with a doctor's referral and may be reimbursed by insurance through out of network coverage. (client's are responsible for payment at the time of their visit) 

Payment Options:  
Payment is due at time of service.  Payment methods accepted are cash, check, credit card or Paypal.  


Gift Certificates:
